Tips to Make Sticky Chicken Thighs
- If you run out of flour to dust the chicken in after the egg dredge, add more as you go. As well as adding more seasonings to the flour. Start with ¼ cup flour at a time so you don't have too much excess left over.
- To thin out the sauce that is made with the floured chicken and the chicken broth, add in more chicken broth. Start by adding ¼ cup at a time and go from there. You may also need to add more chicken broth if your chicken thighs aren't fully cooked. This will vary depending on the size of your boneless skinless chicken thighs.
- If you don't have chicken broth on hand, water will work as well. Keep in mind it may alter the flavor as well as the nutrition facts.
