Start by adding all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Give everything a good stir with a wooden spoon until all combined. The mixture will be creamy and orange. Now, add into the batter your desired mix-ins. I did chocolate chips, but some other good ones are pecans, pumpkin seeds, or even craisins.


Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for about 25 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.

- ⅓ cup oil, any neutral oil will work
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¾ cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, pecans, pumpkin seeds etc.)
Instructions
- To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
