To start, using a large mixing bowl, add in the canned salmon. Using a large fork, break up the canned salmon into fine pieces.
To the broken-up salmon, add in the mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs, finely diced onion, minced garlic cloves, parsley, and lemon juice.

Why You'll Love This Recipe
Simple - This recipe is simple to follow. There are no unique steps when whipping this recipe up! It is a put everything in one bowl kind of recipe. Those are the best kind in my opinion!
Pantry Ingredients - A lot of the ingredients that go into making this recipe are what I like to call pantry ingredients. They are things that you most likely always have on hand in your fridge or pantry that are easy to pull out.
Cheap - I love a good deal. Living in a day where meat and really basic ingredients are expensive, it is nice to have a cheap recipe option. Now, often times it can be easy to associate cheap with not tasty. However, keep those two words separate in this instance. Yes, it's an affordable meal but not lacking in flavor in any way!
High Protein - As a nursing mama, I need as much protein as I can get. Salmon packs a lot of protein which is great!
High Omega-3- Getting these fatty acids can be challenging as the body doesn't produce them on its own. They are, however, crucial for membrane function, brain function, and eye health. Both fresh and canned salmon are very high in Omega-3, so that's a bonus.
